• Our youth group is for 6th - 12th graders. It is a place to Connect with Jesus and with others who seek to follow him, Grow in our faith and knowledge of Jesus, and Go to be sent to serve as Jesus served. The night is filled with fun games, worship, biblical teaching and small groups. We would love to see you there!

  • Junior highers (grades 6-8) can join Sunday School class during our 10:30AM service. This is a place to learn more about Jesus, how to follow Him, connect with other students and have fun together.

    Is there going to be food?

    Yes! Pizza is included with admission. We will also have snacks available.

    Where will it be?

    In 2024, the Late Nighter will be hosted by His Providence Church 262 Swansea Mall Dr., Swansea, MA 02777

    How will we get there?

    We will be taking a bus leaving at 4:45PM from OBC. So please plan to be here by 4:30PM!

    How much does admission cost?

    $35 per student - please bring cash or a check

    What’s included?

    An awesome night out with other youth groups in New England, Worship and music from local artists, a message from the Bible, and breakout games. Breakout games include 9 square, bubble soccer, gaga, inflatables, pizza, photo booth and more.

    Why is it called The Late Nighter?

    Because all-nighters are unbiblical. Duh. See Mark 14:32-42.

    STEP TWO

    OBC has paid for your ticket in advance—now you just need to claim it! To do so, follow these easy steps: 

    Head over to the Eventbrite registration page. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-late-nighter-tickets-978743617507

    In the spot allocated for promo codes (see below), enter the code OSTERVILLE24 (all capital letters, no spaces)and click “Apply.”

    Select the desired quantity of tickets and click “Checkout.” (Make sure the dropdowns for any other ticketoptions are set to 0 so that you are not charged anything.)

    Complete the checkout process. Please note: Each ticket must be associated with a unique email address and mailing address (unless multiple registrants live together) as email is how individuals receive access to their tickets.

    After you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket as a PDF attachment.

    Arrive at OBC at 4:30PM on November 15th with 35$ cash or check.

    How to Log In: 

    Go to berea.camp/register.

    Create an account or log in.

    NEW Berea attendees—Create an account using the “New user sign-up” box.

    Previous Berea attendees—Log in to your account with your email and password. Use the “Reset password” link if you do not know your password orcontact Berea if you do not know which email address is associated with youraccount.

    *NOTE: If you are a student registering yourself, your login email must be one of your parents’/guardians’ email addresses to correctly access your family’s account. 

    How to Register: 

    Under the “Start a New Registration” section, click the “Start application” button underthe Deep Freeze season for the applicable year.

    Once into the season, simply follow the step-by-step instructions. (Note that if you areregistering multiple family members, some identical steps will be required for eachperson. This is correct.)

    When successfully finished, you will see a confirmation screen and will get aconfirmation email.

    Once you have completed your registration, please let your main group leader know sothey can make sure to keep you in the loop as your Deep Freeze retreat approaches.

    How to Register an Additional Family Member or Add Another Session Later: 

    If you’ve already completed a Deep Freeze sign-up and later need to sign up another family member or to add an additional session for someone who has already signed up… 

    Log in at berea.camp/register and click “View details” under the Deep Freezeseason.

    Click the “Add people, sessions, options” button.

    Select the person you would like to sign up or want to add an additional session for. *If you are signing someone up for an additional session, you will notice that you cannot edit the Permission & Release Form to designate which church/group the new sign-up is with. Contact the Berea Office so the Berea staff can reopen or update the form for you.

    Fundraise! Send at least 10 letters out to friends, family, teachers, coaches etc.

    Donations should be sent to Osterville Baptist Church at 824 Main St. Osterville, Ma 02655. Please include a note with the donation with the name of the student you are supporting on it so that the funds can be added to their donation tracker. Checks should be made out to Osterville Baptist Church with OBC Youth Missions mentioned in the memo line.
