WE ARE HIS HANDS

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS –The food basket offerings in the entryway have been down in recent months. The donations are needed more than ever across the Cape.

When you’re food shopping and there’s a deal to get one free, bring the free item to church any time you are here for services, classes or get-togethers. The basket was overflowing at Christmas; let’s try to do that year-round! Thank you for helping our Cape Codders in need!

PANERA BREAD

Bread is picked up Sunday nights, then delivered to the OBC kitchen counter, wrapped and ready for you the next morning! If you know anyone outside our church that would be blessed by this provision, just let us know and we’ll gladly have a bag ready for them! If you are interested in benefitting from this abundant blessing, please contact the church office.

Osterville Baptist Church is now sponsoring worship time on Renew FM 93.9.Tune in Monday through Fridays from 8:30- 9:00am and 5:30-6:00 pm to hear what is going on at OBC and to be blessed byChristian music worshiping our Lord. Tune in to 93.9 FM Renew FM.

Summer Schedule Change

Our SUMMER WORSHIP SCHEDULE begins June 20th. Service times will be 9:00 and 10:30 am. We will NOT have Bible School, WAVE Worship, and Little Kids Time for the summer. There will be childcare offered at both services for children ages 4 and under during the summer.

Softball

BEACH NIGHT

Our next beach night is scheduled for July 25th, at Dowses’ Beach in Osterville. Plan to bring a picnic supper, beach chairs and/or a blanket. We will gather at about 5:00 pm for volleyball and casual conversation, then enjoy our meal, some singing and a brief message followed by baptisms. If you have been thinking about getting baptized, or have questions, please give us a call at the church office (508-428-2787).

College age Adults

YOUNG ADULTS (too old for youth group) – you are invited to join us in the church gym Friday nights from 8:15 to 10:00 to enjoy indoor sports and other group activities. If you have any questions, contact Jeff Eaton at bigtex4777(AT)aol.com

HIGH SEAS EXPEDITION

VBS 2010! July 12-16, 8:45 to 11:45 am, ages 5 to grade 5 (completed). Get ready to set sail as we explore the mighty love of God!

CALLING ALL MEN!

You will be blessed by attending Men’s Life on Saturday mornings at 7:00 o’clock in Room 101 at OBC. We have a great time talking, studying God’s Word, and even going out on a few “rabbit trails.” The fellowship is great and always benefits those that take the “first” hour of their Saturdays to honor God. Give it a try, men, and you’ll like it

SERMON CD’s

Sermons are available on CD’s for $2.00 each. The CD order basket is at the Welcome Center. Fill out a yellow slip, and place it with a check or cash in the envelope provided. Write your name on the envelope and leave it in the basket.

Your CD(s) will be available the following Sunday in the basket (if you are a guest and would like it mailed to you, put your address on the envelope).  You can always listen to our sermons online here
