Care Tree
What
is the “Care Tree?”
Your OBC Deaconesses are
committed to loving and caring for our church family. We
want you to know that whatever you are going through, you
are not alone. We, along with many volunteer care givers,
offer support, prayer, and a connection to our OBC family.
Each Deaconess oversees a group of volunteer
care -givers who are then responsible for communicating with
their group of church individuals and families. We recently
updated and shifted the list around for various reasons.
As a way to learn more about your needs, we sent out post
cards to those already involved on the Care Tree list. We
had some responses, but would love to hear from all of you!
We want the Care Tree to work for you, to meet
the needs of you and your family. Some folks prefer regular
contact through e-mail; others prefer calls; still others
prefer to just know who to contact if they have a need. Whatever
your preference or need, we want to make sure you feel connected
to OBC.
-
If you are a care giver and have questions;
-
if you want to become a care giver;
-
if you
are not sure of who your care giver is;
-
if you are not
sure you are on the Care Tree and want to be,
PLEASE contact
us so we can be sure to connect you with someone at the church.
Feel free to get in touch with us – leave a message
or questions for us at the Welcome Center, call us, e-mail
us, or catch up with us at church.
